Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Customer Service Support (m/f/d) - Team Poland in our offices in Sevilla/ Jerez de la Frontera or remotely within Spain.

LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.

YOUR TASKS: 
  • Contact person for our corporate customers with queries about our IT applications/systems
  • Acceptance of fault reports by telephone and e-mail
  • Developing error analyses with our customers and finding solutions
  • Documenting requirements and faults in a ticket system and handing over complex problems to colleagues in 2nd level support
  • Collaboration in increasing customer satisfaction and further development of our customer support in a familiar, international team
  • Participation in shift work Mon-Sat (07:30am - 09:30pm)
  • Participation in on-call duty Son and holidays (07:30 am - 09:30 pm)

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: 
  • High interest in IT technologies and curiosity to familiarize yourself with topics quickly
  • Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage
  • Ability to maintain an overview and a high level of service orientation, even in stressful times
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills
  • Good written and spoken German and Polish language skills required
  • Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
