Einleitung
To support our Scholarships & Educational Development department in our Munich office, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) (15-20 hrs/week) to provide extensive and comprehensive support in financial management and budget controlling.
Your tasks:

Assist with managing funding allocations for the program -
Assist with monitoring and controlling program expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and financial guidelines. -
Assist with the reconciliation of financial data and ensure compliance with internal financial policies. -
Assist with preparing accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and or annual financial reports, summarizing program expenditures and financial status. -
Assist with performing budget forecasts and variance analyses, reporting discrepancies and providing recommendations. -
Assist with developing and maintaining tools, systems, and spreadsheets for tracking program expenditures and financial commitments.
Your profile:

You are currently enrolled at a university in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or comparable studies. -
High affinity for numbers. -
Accurate and reliable way of working. -
Experienced with MS Office. - A proactive approach and ability to solve problems and suggest improvements.

Structured, independent and responsible way of working. -
Very good communication and teamwork skills. -
Good knowledge of English or German.
