Working Student - Scholarships Educational Development (m/f/d)

To support our Scholarships & Educational Development department in our Munich office, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) (15-20 hrs/week) to provide extensive and comprehensive support in administrative and financial processes. 

Your tasks:

  • Assistance with the documentation and filing of documents.
  • Assistance with checking scholarship applications for completeness and organising interviews.
  • Assistance with data entry in Access.
  • Assistance with master file and list maintenance.
  • Assistance with the creation of Excel/SAP/Access analyses.
  • Assistance with the creation of related presentations
   

Your profile:

  • You are currently enrolled at a university in economics or comparable studies, are interested in clerical work and able to come to our Munich office at least once or twice a week.
  • High affinity for numbers.
  • Accurate and reliable way of working.
  • Experienced with MS Office.
  • Structured, independent and responsible way of working.
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good knowledge of English or German.
