To strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a working student (all genders) in Sales & Merchandising as part of a dual study program.
Throughout the program, you will receive training and support in the areas of sales and merchandising for our products, focusing on businesses in the region.

Location: Preferably in the north of Lyon
Duration: At least 12 months
Coverage area: Rhône-Alpes and PACA regions
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Selling our products to businesses within the assigned territory
- Implementing trade marketing initiatives and ensuring proper product placement in stores
- Scheduling appointments with potential clients via phone
- Visiting customers on-site
- Presenting our products and providing tailored recommendations
- Analyzing client needs to offer customized solutions
- Processing and forwarding orders to the management team
- Regular merchandising tasks to optimize product display
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular meetings and email communication
- Administrative support for order processing, deliveries, and invoicing
- Weekly reporting on customer visits and travel plans
- Managing customer service tasks, including store requests, POS material setup, product demonstrations, and training sessions

- You have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate foresight and adaptability.
- You are curious, organized, and detail-oriented, enjoy challenges, and are eager to grow with us.
- You are proficient in common MS Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- English skills would be beneficial for working in an international environment.
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Sales/Commerce
