About the role: As part of the global Business Applications team, you will primarily support one of our key projects called Atlas, pursuing the goal, to introduce a central product master data management at our global Solar Trade organization. 

And this is how you protect the world we live in

  • Assisting in transferring the results from the project requirement phase into elements implementable to a future software (e.g. requirements > user stories, product attributes > mapping tables, organizational design and governance framework > roles, rights and workflows)
  • Supporting adjacent streams such as developing change concepts, change communication, ideate on further change measures
  • Aiding the project manager in all project management-related activities, including preparing regular project meetings, monitoring project progress, coordinating and project communication
  • Familiarizing yourself with Jira Software, our project management solution and other supporting applications like MS Loop, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Contributing to stakeholder management, including communication efforts
  • Collaborating closely with the project manager in check-in sessions and fostering ownership for PMO-related activities
  • Preparing, participating in, and documenting all relevant project meetings

Who we are looking forward to

  • You are pursuing a degree in business administration or a comparable program with a focus on economic processes
  • You possess an analytical mindset, have initial experience with project management tools, and are familiar with general project management principles
  • You have an interest in or experience with IT projects and can empathize with stakeholders
  • You have a high level of expertise in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
  • You are a self-starter who is eager to tackle new challenges, demonstrates a deep-dive mentality, and works effectively in uncharted environments
  • You are a team player who works independently, structured, reliably, and presents a secure, confident demeanour
  • You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
