Responsibilities:
Support our employees with the following tasks, for example:
- Build prototypes with various sensor changes
- Calibration and integration of sensors
- Test sensor capabilities to identify usability and limitations
- Adopt source and API commands to support new sensors
- Create complex environments for testing and validation
- Test various algorithm changes from development team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's programme in mechatronics, computer science, measurement and control engineering or comparable degree programme
- Min. second semester
- Programming skills with C and C++ for the development of embedded software
- Experience of communication interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI)
- Basic knowledge of robotic algorithms like SLAM, Path planning, etc.)
- Basic Knowledge in OpenCV (computer vision)
- Knowledge of microcontrollers
- Basic Knowledge in ROS (Robot Operating System) programming is a plus
- Good English language skills, German language is a plus
