Your Responsibilities
- Team collaboration: You will be actively involved in our Data Science team from day one and support the continuous development of our data pipelines
- Product improvement: You will work in a dedicated and motivated data science team using the latest technologies (e.g. AWS and Docker)
- Implementing ideas: You contribute your ideas, identify new technologies to optimize our data lake and improve our processes (continuous integration) and our deployments with Docker containers
- Ensuring quality: You develop solutions to automatically collect data from various sources, prepare it and make it available for further use
Your Qualifications
- Education: Ongoing university studies in the field of computer science (e.g. business informatics, computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, data science, or similar)
- Tech Stack: Programming skills in Python and initial experience with web technologies
- Analytical and strategic thinking: Analytical, structured and independent way of working to continuously improve our product based on data and facts, while finding and implementing pragmatic solutions
- Digital Mindset: Strong IT and internet affinity, keen interest in development and digital trends and good technical understanding or willingness to familiarize yourself with technical topics; initial work experience / internships in the e-commerce sector are an advantage
- Drive and communication: Very good communication skills and team spirit to ensure quick and constructive coordination with a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
