PharmaLex Germany is looking for a

Working Student HR (m/w/d)

Your Job

• Administrative support for the local HR team
• Data entry and maintenance
• Creation of certificates, testimonials and other documents
• Support with the organization of employee events (e.g. company runs, children's Christmas parties)
• Maintenance of personnel files, filing of documents
• Support with the implementation of the new HR information software (Workday) 

Your Profile

• You are a student (Bachelor's or Master's) in a business or economics  administration, psychology, social sciences or similar and interest in human resources work
• Safe handling of common software
• Conscientious and discreet handling of confidential data
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience
• Native German speaker; very good knowledge of English language
