As a WordPress Full-Stack Developer with skills in Performance Marketing & Automation, you are a versatile talent with both technical and creative capabilities.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining our other WordPress websites and conceptualizing and implementing performance marketing strategies.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
a complex content platform with social media features
... Selection and implementation of WordPress plugins to adapt specific features
... Collaboration with our graphic designer and communications team
... Ensuring the quality and performance of our websites
Performance Marketing & Automation:
... Conceptualization and implementation of (partially) automated marketing campaigns
(e.g., email marketing, social media marketing)
... Selection and integration of suitable marketing automation tools
... Continuous analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns based on defined KPIs
... Creation of reports and presentations
... Expansion of Matomo tracking on websites and integration with various user databases and
media channels such as LinkedIn to build a comprehensive Customer Data Hub
Your Profile:
... Strong knowledge and experience in WordPress (themes, plugins, hooks, APIs, custom
post types)
... Excellent programming skills in frontend and backend technologies (e.g., CSS, JavaScript,
TypeScript, JSON, PHP, MySQL)
... Good understanding of UI/UX and attention to design details
... Knowledge of security measures and technical SEO
... Proven experience in conceptualizing and successfully implementing performance
marketing strategies and marketing automation using suitable tools (CRM, CDH, email
marketing software, etc.)
... Analytical skills and experience in data analysis
... A structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style, paired with high creativity and
solution-oriented thinking
... Strong communication skills in English (German is a big plus) and team spirit
... Affinity for financial topics is desirable
