Our investment strategy spans Pre-Seed, Seed, and Series A rounds, allowing us to support founders from the very beginning and provide ongoing backing in subsequent funding rounds.
We are a small, dynamic team and thus, every team member plays an active part in our investment process from deal sourcing to portfolio management. As a working student or intern you will play an integral role supporting your colleagues in all processes down the line.
You will for instance
- Screen, track and analyze startups in our deal flow
- Conduct research on markets and technologies to shape our investment hypotheses
- Improve and maintain our tool set
- Special projects with high ownership depending on your background

Your profil
- Relevant academic background either in tech/science (e.g. energy, agriculture, chemistry), business administration or law
- Prior work experience in venture capital, venture building or incubation/acceleration programs highly preferred
- Entrepreneurial experience as a founder or early startup employee is a big plus
- Team player with strong communication
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- Based in London
- Most important: impact-driven with a strong intrinsic motivation for sustainable change
