Underwriter Casualty (m/f/d)

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing business within distribution channels, prequalifying accounts, and utilizing underwriting acumen to select casualty risks within company's risk appetite.
• Expand and develop new business opportunities through production & marketing calls with brokers and customers.

• University Degree in Economics, Business or Law.
• 3-5 years casualty insurance experience.
• Proven customer relationship experience. Strong existing broker relationships with a concentration on the Spanish brokerage community.
• Develop and build the casualty book of business which includes primary and excess layers.
• Experience with, and understanding of policy forms, including broker manuscripts.
