Your tasks

    • Transaction support includes:  
      • Supporting transaction managers throughout the whole transaction process on disposals and acquisitions Germany-wide: sourcing, due diligence, negotiations, transaction, and post-closing management
      • Conducting regular market research and following relevant market developments
      • Conducting financial and feasibility analysis, preparing business plans and financial modelling, evaluating disposal and acquisition opportunities
      • Assisting in the preparation of letters of intent as well as other transaction documents
      • Supervising due diligence processes and communication with advisers
      • Communication with investors
      • Building and maintaining relationships with other relevant market players, such as brokers and advisers
         
    • Presentations and reporting include:  
      • Preparing teasers, investment memorandums, transaction approval presentations, and other documents for stakeholders and third parties incorporating relevant data and analysis
      • Effectively communicating investment opportunities to stakeholders
      • Reporting to stakeholders
       
    •   Data collection and virtual data room management involves:  
      • Collaborating with various departments to gather required documents and data on the respective property
      • Ensuring accuracy and completeness for transaction analysis and reporting purposes
      • Collecting, organizing, and making necessary documents and information accessible to stakeholders
      • Organizing and maintaining virtual data rooms
      • Managing Q&A processes

Ihr Profil

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate or comparable qualifications
  • Experience in the field of transactions, M&A, brokerage, private equity, real estate, valuation or similar. Understanding of/experience in real estate development is a plus.  Exceptions can be made for young professionals with excellent grades without working experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both languages.
  • Personal traits: agile and ambitious mindset with a strong desire for professional growth and development. Strong learning ability, communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail and reliability. 
  • Office Software: Proficiency in office software, especially excel and power point. Experience with CRM programs are a plus (Monday.com, Salesforce etc) is a plus.
