POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Thermal Management plays a crucial role in the design of our machines and the LPBF process in general. Tackle this challenge together with highly skilled experts from around the globe and
  • Design, conduct and analyze experiments on our latest machine generation
  • Develop, build and operate test rigs for thermal management
  • Deep dive into topics to create long lasting, reliable solutions
  • Create comprehensive documentation
  • Interact with colleagues across the organization to efficiently solve your challenges

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong background in thermodynamics with 3+ years experience
  • Master's Degree or equivalent certification in the field of engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical) or Physics
  • The principles of system engineering are known to you
  • Ability to perform your own data analysis using state of the art software tools
  • Hands on mentality; you are able to manage your projects from start to finish independently
  • A background in Laser Powder Bed Fusion or similar Additive Manufacturing techniques is favorable
  • Fluency in English
