We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Application Manager to join our team. As a valued team member, you will take ownership of supporting and advancing a diverse range of third-party digital applications. Our team manages a critical customer risk and service platform that is integral to our operational teams used across Greentube and Partner Organizations.
In this role you will be overseeing the deployment, administration, and optimization of software applications. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strategic vision to ensure applications meet business requirements and operate efficiently.

Your tasks
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications
- Lead and coordinate projects related to application development, upgrades, and integration, ensuring timely delivery
- Work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand and collect requirements
- Provide support for resolving application issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and implementing solutions
- Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience
- Liaise with software vendors to manage licenses, service agreements, and support contracts
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations, processes, and procedures to support continuity and knowledge sharing
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in application management or a similar role
- Proficiency in application management tools, databases, and programming languages
- Foundational understanding of APIs and their functionality
- Experience using API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
- Analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address complex technical issues effectively
- Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
