YOUR TASKS
As a member of the Customer Success team, we want you to:
- Leverage your experience with drafting or modeling software (bonus points for SDS2)
- Proactively create content to help those same customers - from knowledge base articles to training videos
- Develop key customer relationships, leading to increased satisfaction and sense of value, thus increasing customer retention
We are searching for an individual who possesses:
- Deep industry knowledge, learning from hands-on experience, often seeing the pain points and limitations of software
- Excellent problem-solving skills - no challenge is too difficult
- An understanding of the customer, and the ability to make technical requirements understandable to those without technical understanding
