You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and support, to develop, maintain, and improve product documentation, ensuring consistency and ease of use across all platforms. Your expertise in setting up and managing content management systems, particularly MadCap, will help us streamline and centralize our documentation process for optimal usability.

- Centralize Content Repositories: Collaborate with development and support teams to identify documentation repositories, edit and revise content, and implement best practices for data compilation and centralized storage.
- Enhance Usability in Partnership with Product Management: Collaborate with product management teams to ensure content supports the highest standards of usability and user-friendliness.
- System Administrator for MadCap: Manage the MadCap documentation system, collaborating with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and content authors, ensuring seamless up-to-date delivery across multiple target outputs.
