Your tasks
- Leading a team of 4 Digital Security Analysts
- Establishing and improving security processes and solutions
- Prioritizing, investigating on security vulnerabilities and supporting in the mitigation of those
- Monitoring relevant security mailing lists, papers, and communities
- Investigating and handling security incident alerts from various sources
- Running web application assessments and challenging third party penetration tests
- Consulting other departments on security measures and system hardening
- Reviewing and interpretation of security logs and investigating on potential attacks
Your profile
- A bachelor's or master's degree in cyber security or similar educational background
- At least 3-5 years work experience in the field of Security and at least 1 year experience with leading small teams
- Expert in security incident and vulnerability management processes
- Experienced with antimalware, vulnerability management and SIEM solutions as well as penetration tests
- Good understanding of Windows, Linux, Network, Container and Cloud Infrastructure
- High level knowledge about security standards (ISO27000, PCI-DSS, BSI-GSK,..)
- You are a team player that leads by example with hands on mentality
- You are keeping a cool head in stressful situations
- You are very enthusiastic about the topic of security
- Very good self-management and the ability to work stand-alone
- Very good communication skills in English, German is a plus
