System Engineer

For our location in Ningbo we are currently looking for a

OBC System Engineer 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Communicate with customers for development, manage customer technical documents, specifications, standards, test and report templates, and other technical requirements. Any changes must be promptly notified to the relevant developers to ensure smooth information flow;
2. Formulate technical solutions with customers and evaluate development time, plans, etc. Archive and manage documents during the project negotiation process, support sales quotations;
3. Sign technical agreements for product development;
4. Support the joint debugging work of the whole vehicle during the development process of the on-board charger or DCDC;
5. Track any issues encountered by the company's internal and customer-end products, promote internal resources to resolve and support;
6. Develop internal project plans, preside over project kick-off meetings, project reviews, promote project milestones, manage and track the archiving of development process documents;
7. Regularly organize project team member meetings, sort out issues, integrate progress, and report project progress to the company, and alert major issues in time.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in automatic control, vehicle engineering, mechatronics, power electronics, microelectronics, or related fields;
2. More than 3 years of experience in the development of new energy vehicle parts or whole vehicles, with priority given to those with experience in switching power supplies or OBC, DCDC;
3. Familiar with project management workflows and tools.
