Your tasks

  • Drive Lean Production principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste across processes
  • Develop and maintain operational standards to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all processes
  • Define and refine work division to maximize productivity and resource utilization
  • Develop, implement, and oversee standardized testing procedures to ensure operational excellence
  • Lead the industrialization of new products, ensuring smooth transitions from design phases to full-scale production
  • Create and manage a comprehensive catalogue of standard process times to support accurate planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Design and optimize workplace layouts to promote efficiency, safety, and ergonomic workflows
  • Plan and execute internal material flow strategies, including calculating Kanban systems and optimizing inventory management to ensure smooth operations

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, and the application of Lean methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Expertise in workplace layout design, process standardization, and workflow optimization
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Strong team collaboration skills, with experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Solution-oriented mindset and focus on the implementation of tasks
