Operations goes international. Within our Coporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030 and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to set up another site in Romania (Approx. 1 hours drive from Bucharest, Target size: approx. 200 employees).  

Become part of our powerful Corporate IT! Our international team consists of more than 70 colleagues who ensure that our IT infrastructure, as well as associated technologies and IT applications within the DEHNgroup, function stably and continue to develop.

The Role | Your tasks.

  • Responsible for the setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, together with the core project team



  • Collect requirements from your colleagues by means of a ticket system and implementation  those requirements by following the implementation guidelines and working methods of the Headquarter IT Team


  • Expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Landscape

  • Support the Users in daily business-related questions

  • Evaluation of Business Requirements and processing of change requests

  • Creation of technical and business documentation

  • 2nd Level Support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 incidents and service requests

  • Participate in global Dynamics 365 Projects

  • Supporting the headquarter with the implementation of Change Requests

Your experiences and competencies.

  • Experience in CRM Implementation/Support Projects

  • Business Consulting skills

  • Deep knowledge in the customization/configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement Module)

  • Programming Skills (Java Script, C#) are beneficial

  • Independent / remote working

  • Very Good English Skills, German an advantage

  • Willingness to travel (approximately a few days a quarter to the main site in Germany)

  • Reliability and flexibility
