Your Mission
We are looking for a Software Team Leader who is able to recruit a SW development team and make it productive, understands technical requirements and software architecture and acts as a bridge to the development team. Your tasks:
- Recruit and establish a successful team of up to 20 Software Developers, all based in/near Hyderabad
- Take full responsibility for the software developed by the team
- Take care of onboarding and training of new team members
- Oversee and manage the complete life cycle of the product
- Work closely with management and software architects in Europe (Austria) to define work packages for the team
- Ensure that product supports company's overall strategy and goals
- Ensure customer satisfaction to drive further sales
- Manage software development tools and build environment engineering (build server)
- Guide and manage software testing and verification engineers
- Local IT server management
- Software processes and quality standard need to be compliant to the Schiebel Group's overall software development processes

The annual gross salary is based on the applicable collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, with a willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications.
