YOUR MISSION:
- Responsibility for the planning, approval, implementation and monitoring of all measures to protect VS in VS contracts and subcontracts
- Constant updating of BMWi company information and immediate notification of changes in the organization or with regard to personnel
- Checking the compliance of surveillance protocols with telecommunications surveillance orders
- Ensuring the protection of VS classified matters
- Reporting to the management
- Maintaining directories of classified security orders, subcontracts, classified security area directories, classified security authorizations and security notices
- Responsibility for personnel security, including authorizations, security checks and control of VS authorizations
- Responsibility for physical security, including security precautions, inventory and auditing of classified information inventories and compliance with IT/communication security requirements
- Responsibility for the planning, approval, implementation and monitoring of all measures to protect VS in connection with processing by IT systems
- Administration and accounting of classified project and company documents, in particular receipt, collection, systematic distribution to the projects and archiving
- Ensuring the availability of classified documents for the projects
- Administration of classified documents of the company's projects in accordance with applicable confidentiality regulations and procedures defined in the projects
- Required encryption / decryption of classified documents
- Performing the duties of a crypto administrator in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures
- Processing incoming and outgoing crypto funds, internal distribution and other processes relating to crypto funds and crypto WS
- Maintaining crypto diaries and crypto device documentation
YOUR QUALIFICATION:
- Completed university degree in engineering or equivalent
- Certifications in national classified information protection: security officer, classified information management, crypto management
- Many years of professional experience in projects with national and European security requirements, in classified information management and crypto management
- Many years of professional experience in the field of security in European GNSS projects (e.g. Galileo, EGNOS)
- Knowledge of national and international legal requirements and information security standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Galileo project, the segments and their operation, especially comprehensive knowledge of Galileo security operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Galileo services, especially security services
- Comprehensive knowledge of configuration and maintenance processes for EU GNSS projects
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Experience in working with international commercial companies
- Ability to work in a team, discretion, conscientiousness and reliability
