Main responsibilities:
- As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our customers' quality control equipment.
- Your responsibilities will include conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of equipment, including mills, sieve shakers, auxiliary equipment, metallography equipment, and high-temperature furnaces.
- Whether working in our workshop or in the field, you will provide technical guidance, clarifications, and support to customers via phone or email, ensuring their satisfaction with our service.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must-have requirement for this role, as you will be expected to confidently communicate in English during your travels, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Additionally, availability for national and international travel for technical training is required.
- To be considered for this position, you should possess a degree in Electronic, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics, along with previous experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in using the Office package is also necessary.
- Finally, a valid driving license is a must-have requirement for this role.
