Service Management Developer (f/m/d)

As a service management and ticketing software developer in the Consumer IT Products department, you will contribute to the design and implementation of the new ticketing solution for the entire company. A part of it will also be the migration and replacement of the existing tools.   • Develop software solutions independently
  • Deliver working product increments in an agile environment
  • Clarify and refine requirements with the stakeholders
  • Align with developers of other agile teams to design and implement common solutions
  • Integrate software components into our build pipeline
  • Continuously improve the code quality through reviews and testing
  • Resolve critical production issues and bugs
  • 3+ years of professional experience as an agile software developer for service management and ticketing tools
  • Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and teamwork
  • Open, proactive, and flexible mindset, with enjoyment of working in a diverse, international team
  • ITIL foundation level or higher
  • Experience in ITSM system migration
  • SaaS know how
  • Familiarity with how APIs work, including the ability to understand API documentation
  • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proficient in English. German would be beneficial
  • Telecommunications know-how is an advantage

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market.
