QATM takes care of metallographic sample preparation and hardness testing and ERWEKA is our producer of pharmaceutical testing devices.. Verder Scientific operates 13 production sites and eleven sales companies worldwide and are part of the German-Dutch technology group Verder, a group of companies with over 2000 employees around the globe.
Service Executive Responsibilities:
- To install and support the MICROTRAC product range, perform validation of instrumentation; IQ/OQ/PQ, followed by operators training.
- Carry out preventative maintenance on systems according to defined protocols
- Ensure breakdowns and troubleshooting within a defined response time
- Communicate effectively with customers and team regarding scheduling, repair or maintenance needs, part requests, expectations and outcomes
- Install software and hardware upgrades
- Work closely with the sales team to identify sales opportunities
- Accurate reporting of all service jobs using inhouse CRM in a timely manner
- Factory training will be provided as per the regular schedules
- Includes additional responsibilities assigned by the management as per the needs and demands of situations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in materials science, chemical engineering / nanomaterials, materialography, or any related field.
- Mandatory : Minimum experience of 3 years working in a similar line of activity.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, and CRM software.
- Must be prepared to cover all of India and be flexible with travel across varied geographies including staying away for up to a week occasionally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with equipment such as LD, DLS, and other particle characterization techniques would be beneficial but not essential.
