Your Role

  • Advise customers on repairs, service options, and maintenance needs
  • Ensure high-quality processes and service standards within the workshop team to meet customer expectations
  • Sell accessories, spare parts, and lifestyle products to service and counter customers
  • Coordinate prompt and efficient vehicle repairs by managing the supply of parts and accessories
  • Receive, inspect, and process parts and accessories
  • Handle customer complaints, warranty claims, and goodwill requests
  • Create workshop orders, warranty applications, and customer invoices
  • Support the workshop team with diagnostics and complex cases

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive industry
  • Ideally certified as a Service Advisor
  • Strong customer service and solution-orientated mindset
  • High level of self-motivation and proactive work ethic
  • Independent, structured, and responsible approach to tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different assignments
  • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
