  ·       You will contribute to the future of how the construction industry will collaborate digitally with stunning user experience and interface designs by being actively involved in defining product development, innovation, and creation . ·       You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and customers to gain a profound understanding of product requirements.  ·       You will design usable experiences and interfaces for our products, and translate them into testable low, mid, and high-fidelity prototypes. ·       You will be a part of a design team working together with the common process and supporting each other on daily basis. ·       You will actively shape and create a design culture at Thinkproject.  ·       You will present product designs to stakeholders.  ·       You will verify product experiences with end-users through user research methods. ·       You will contribute to Thinkproject wide design system.

·       You have at least 3 years of experience in Product (UX/UI) Design Role ·       You have proven record of designing and shipping multiple digital product designs including desktop and mobile apps (native and cross-platform) ·       You have a portfolio that demonstrates a keen sense of visual design, the ability to solve user problems and create design deliverables for responsive mobile and web applications. ·       You are familiar with Research and UX wireframing tools and you can explain and present UX flows. ·       You have an experience in SaaS web applications and B2B software.   ·       You know how to manage complex Design Systems, and you are familiar with Google Material Design ·       You can work and contribute to existing design libraries. ·       You have experience working with accessible interfaces (according to AA standards) ·       You have a good eye for UI and the details. ·       You can maintain a high degree of independence, you are a hands-on person, and you care about personal responsibility, at the same time you support your colleagues. ·       You are quick and confident with being a part of fast-paced environment. ·       You know how to provide a good UI solutions in short amount of time, you can do good research, and you know where to look for it. ·       You understand the deadline timeline delivery and you can organize your work accordingly. ·       You are ok working with Scrum and Design Sprints ·       You want to grow within the company and expand your responsibilities. ·       You are familiar with high fidelity prototyping. ·       You are fluent with Figma (our tool of choice) ·       Fluent in English   Only candidates with portfolio will be considered for this role.
