(Senior) Treasury Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks
o Develop appropriate reporting and modelling capabilities to support recommendations relating to deployment of excess cash to optimize interest income and preserve liquidity.
o Undertake cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning and liability management activities. Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational, capital investment and debt requirements.
o Contribute to idea-generation and decision-making relating to hedging the FX and interest rate risks arising from the Company's assets and obligations.
o Price and structure Cross-Currency Swaps, Interest Rate swaps, Interest Rate Caps, FX forwards and FX options in Bloomberg.
o Execute debt repurchase, derivative and investment transactions approved by Management.
o Review and analyze hedging and investment management fees to identify cost reductions.
o Oversee payment execution and collateral management processes.
o Oversee post-trade life cycle for derivative and investment transactions.
o Prepare presentations for senior management.
o Develop treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPI.
o Manage quarterly valuation & reporting processes.
o Provide guidance on application of regulatory developments (IFRS, ISDA, EMIR) to treasury activities.
o Pro-actively engage in treasury projects, process improvements and enhancements to analytical and reporting frameworks.

Your profile
o Background in corporate treasury or financial services.
o Experience in financing, investments and derivatives.
o University degree or similar in Finance or comparable subjects.
o Good communication skills and analytical talent.
o Proficiency with Bloomberg
o Self-starter who seeks autonomy and is confident in taking the initiative
