Senior Software Engineer - Frontend - AI

POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Frontend Engineer to join our AI Innovations Stream. In this role, you will lead frontend efforts across multiple teams and streams within the organization, providing technical leadership and ensuring consistency and excellence in user interfaces across our product portfolio. You will be instrumental in shaping our frontend architecture, driving the adoption of design systems, web components, and micro frontends, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React) and a deep understanding of web standards and best practices.
• Web Components & Micro Frontends: Proven experience in developing with web components and implementing micro frontend architectures in enterprise-grade applications.
• Design Systems: Extensive experience in building and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and reusability across multiple projects.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading frontend development efforts, mentoring developers, and driving large-scale frontend projects to successful completion.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

NICE TO HAVE

• Azure & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and experience with DevOps practices as they relate to frontend development.
• Agile Methodology: Extensive experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
• UI/UX Sensibility: A keen eye for design and user experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and highly usable interfaces.
