As a Senior Online Sales Expert*, ...
- ... you monitor and analyze sales KPIs, create reports on customer behavior, and identify trends to inform strategic decisions.
- ... you develop and implement sales strategies to increase online sales.
- ... you work with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- ... you implement and test new features or processes to improve the webshop's performance.
- ... you collaborate with the product manager to ensure information online is accurate, informative, and optimized for sales.
- ... you address and resolve customer issues and feedback to improve service quality.
About You:
- You have successfully completed your education and hold a degree in fields like Business, Marketing, or related areas.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in (Online) Sales, preferably in a technical or e-commerce company.
- You love coming up with new ideas to increase sales numbers and implementing them with the team.
- You are highly proficient in data analysis and KPI monitoring and have experience with analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- You have a deep understanding of online sales techniques and e-commerce best practices.
- Your communication skills are strengthened by your fluent English. German would be considered a plus.
