Your responsibilities:

  • Define product portfolio strategy together with other key stakeholders in Product Line Operation Team.  
  • Contribute marketing and business insights to the development of new products, and to the continuous improvement of the existing product portfolio in Cleaning Division.  
  • Support in developing sustainable business model for the Cleaning Division.  
  • Define value proposition and marketing concept of the product to both advisors and customers.  
  • Liaison with Vorwerk International and different markets for the creation of necessary marketing materials to support product launch and provide impulse to support sales growth 
  • Support in the development of demo concepts and the creation of marketing materials for new products and the existing product portfolio, as well as the definition and rollout of product launch strategies 

You offer us:

  • Higher education in Marketing, Sales or Product Management. Bachelor Degree is necessary.  
  • Strong understanding of the internal environment - organization, culture, and governance, etc. 
  • Multi-year experience in sales of a country organization and therefore deep knowledge of Direct Sales model and the needs of the advisors and sales organizations 
  • Multi-year experience at divisional headquarters and a deep understanding of the priorities of the division and the way sales can be supported in the best possible way through central activities 
  • Leadership - leading myself, my business, and others to create the most powerful impact for the organization  
  • Team skills - strong communication and feedback skills and ability to create a positive team climate 
  • Category knowledge - having a sound knowledge of the industry, its products, services, and sales model 
  • Commercial awareness - ability to identify and contribute to the development of the business 
  • Self-management - proven track record at managing and motivating oneself to achieve objectives 
  • Strategic thinker with clear analytical mind 
  • Team player and collaborator 
  • Self-starter and willing to take decisions 
  • People person - forming strong networks at all levels of the organisation

  • Language skills: English and German fluent - any additional language considered an advantage
