Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior E-Trade Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of global e-trade marketing initiatives and campaigns with key strategic and digital wholesale partners such as Zalando, Breuninger, and SportScheck. 
 
This role sits within the Global Marketing Team and will play a crucial role in building brand awareness and affinity through our strategic e-trade partners with focus on brand and commercial opportunities. You will lead and develop the E-Trade Marketing team and ensuring a unified digital brand presence in alignment with global brand initiatives and company goals.
 
  • Strategic planning & execution: Develop and implement global e-trade marketing initiatives and campaigns with strategic & digital wholesale partners to drive awareness and sales.
  • Wholesale partnerships: Maintain and strengthen partnerships to ensure a consistent and impactful digital brand presence. 
  • Team leadership: Lead and develop the E-Trade Marketing team, fostering growth and development of two team members.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholder departments (sales, B&M trade marketing, brand marketing) to ensure a unified brand presence across regions and platforms.
  • Sales support: Assist the sales team during sell-in phases through GTM support, presentations and B2B content management.
  • Budget responsibility: Oversee the DACH trade marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Data & campaign evaluation: Conduct performance analyses and optimize campaigns to maximize incremental impact and efficiency.
  • Amazon marketing strategy: Lead the international Amazon marketing strategy, including content, advertising and campaign coordination and ensure alignment with brand initiatives. Collaborate with agency to manage advertising campaigns. Guide content strategy (SEO, A+, brand shops).

  • Digital/Trade Marketing: Solid experiences in developing, implementing and measuring digital/trade marketing campaigns
  • Strategic & analytical thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Amazon advertising proficiency: Solid knowledge of Amazon marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Data-driven mindset: Proven experience in performance-driven marketing approaches &
  • Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
