Your role and responsibilities
- Setting up and managing Salesforce, including user administration and system integrations.
- Utilizing declarative development to craft intricate reports, flows, and custom objects that align with user requirements.
- Overseeing the preparation and rollout of new Salesforce versions, including comprehensive regression testing.
- Employing strong analytical skills to support daily business operations through data analysis, migration, and recovery.
- Documenting system processes and developing user training materials to empower our team.
What we are looking for
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in German is advantageous for effective communication.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with certifications highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Programming skills and relevant experience are a plus.
