Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and acquiring new clients for our subscription-based services, ensuring long-term client retention, and maximizing customer satisfaction. This role is commission-based, with opportunities for high earnings tied directly to performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition:

    • Actively identify and approach potential clients to promote the company’s subscription services.

    • Present and explain the value of our offerings, tailoring pitches to meet the client’s specific needs.

  • Client Retention Support:

    • Ensure clients are fully onboarded and understand the benefits of their chosen subscription plan.

    • Act as a point of contact for initial client questions or concerns to foster satisfaction and retention.

  • Sales Tracking and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and subscription details.

    • Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance and client feedback.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the internal team to align sales efforts with company goals and ensure a smooth handover of client accounts post-acquisition.

  • Client Research and Targeting:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify and prioritize potential clients based on their needs and compatibility with the company’s offerings.

    • Develop strategies to approach and engage the right clients effectively, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine client acquisition strategies.

     

    Skills Required

    • Proven sales experience, preferably in subscription-based services or similar industries.

    • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales or working with software-as-a-service platforms is highly desirable.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

    • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

    • Highly motivated with a customer-focused attitude.

    • Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients and tailor approaches effectively.

     

    What We Offer

    • This position is commission-based:

      • Acquisition Fee: Fixed €100 per successfully onboarded client.

      • Retention Bonus: Progressive percentage (8%-12%) of subscription revenue generated within the first 12 months of the client’s subscription, depending on the subscription plan.
