Repair Quotes Manager

Location: Belgrade
 
The Repair Quotes Manager (RQM) in the organizational unit Contract Performance is responsible for timely and accurate review and approval process of repair quotes, through a Material Request tool. The position provides support to the Account Managers and Invoicing department and is in direct contact with the customers. Repair Quotes Manager is responsible for correct invoicing of the components to the customer.

Your tasks

 
  • Process and negotiate Material requests with customers:
  • Technical clarifications
  • Liaise with Engineering in Zurich/Serbia for clarifications including additional Service Bulletins
  • Liaise with customer for both technical and commercial clarifications
  • Communication with engineering/customer regarding additional technical information needed for vendor management team
  • Handle special requests received from customers regarding procurement of components. Communicate between procurement and customer to provide solution if available from SRT side
  • Review price level of repair quotes against fixed prices and commercial terms
  • Review needed workscope against requested workscope
  • Review price level against replacement costs and if BER (Beyond Economical Repair), obtain replacement options
  • Provide Component reports to customers on request;
  • Be responsible for correct invoicing of the components to the customer
  • Support for paperwork of components to different departments (exchange, customer, etc.)
  • Support to expedite repairs/sourcing to meet engine plan
  • Follow and ensure that components that are not repaired in SRT network are back on time as per engine schedule.
  • Continuous review and optimization of the process.
  • Identify key improvements areas and support in definition and implementation of improvements steps.

Your profile

 
  • University Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement, repair administration, finance
  • Core competencies in business economics and contract management, knowledge of finance is a plus
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
  • Customer and service-oriented person
  • Good communication skills. Able to understand and clarify technical concepts with engineers and negotiate with customers.
  • Language skills: English B2
