Our current Regional Sales Manager will retire soon. Therefore, our European Sales Team is looking for a new team colleague as 

Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d)

for the sales of heat exchangers in France, Italy, Spain and Turkey.

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS

  • Independent management of relationships with and development of existing customers
  •  Acquisition of new customers in assigned regions and development of new market potentials
  • Negotiation of contracts and framework agreements 
    Competent and customized technical advice on our products 
    Preparation of and follow-up on offers
  • Definition and analysis of relevant target industries inclusive of market- and competition-analyses
  • Support and supervision of product launches 
  • Collaboration and implementation of strategic concepts and distribution methods
  • Conducting of customer trainings
  • Participation in international trade fairs and planning of customer events

THIS DISTINGUISHES YOU

  • Successfully completed commercial and/or technical education
  • Advanced commercial and/or technical training or studies
  • Several years of experience in technical sales
  • Fluent in English. Other languages such as Spanish, Italian and French would be an advantage
  • Experience in working with CRM systems
  • First experience with OEM business
  • Passion for sales and hands-on mentality as well as sales expertise with closing power
  • Strong customer orientation and social skills as well as a high degree of self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a winning attitude
  • Technical affinity and ability to explain technical products
  • Successfully completed commercial and/or technical education
