We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) in central Denmark with sharp instincts and a passion for driving growth in a complex and evolving market. If you understand how industries shift -- from ESG and Industry 4.0 to productivity pressure and skilled labor shortages -- you're already speaking our language.

Your responsibilities

  • Recruitment, salary negotiations, conflict resolution, and meeting management
  • Coaching in sales skills, performance management, and employee development
  • Observing market trends, developing regional strategies, and budget planning
  • Supporting customer visits and negotiations
  • Coordinating with specialists and driving company initiatives
  • Promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement

Your competencies

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented attitude
  • Proven leadership with empathy and adaptability
  • Experience in sales and solution selling, as well as leadership skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Digital mindset, data affinity, and openness to change
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally CRM
  • Fluent in Danish and English
