Your responsibility

  • Disciplinary leadership including recruitment, team building, salary negotiations, vacation planning, conflict resolution, and meeting management
  • Professional leadership with customer visit accompaniment, sales skills coaching, performance management, and implementation of company-wide initiatives
  • Self-qualification through training in tools, products, services, labor law, and leadership development
  • Market analysis with systematic observation, regional strategy development, networking, and event participation
  • Region and territory planning including penetration strategies, budget planning, and market development
  • Strategy work with market observations, partner identification, collaboration with support functions, and contribution to strategy improvement

Your competences

  • Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years of team management and a track record of inspiring, empathetic leadership
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with pragmatism, target orientation, openness to change, and continuous learning
  • Proven sales success in solution selling, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Data and digital affinity with the capability for data-driven decision-making and a digital mindset
  • Language skills in Danish at native level and excellent English proficiency
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office and ideally CRM systems
