Your new field of activity - challenging and exciting

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in the sales region you are responsible for and thus make a significant contribution to our company's ambitious growth strategy.

Your main tasks will be as follows:
  • After a comprehensive training program, you will take responsibility for your sales region and support existing customers as well as developing potential new customers.
  • Identification of needs and potential in your sales territory and constant monitoring of the competition to ensure our long-term success.
  • Establishing a close and long-term customer relationship and advising your customers in planning requirements for several years.
  • Development of your sales region through targeted marketing and sales activities according to our growth strategy.
  • Drawing up individual offers, tailored to the needs of our customers, in close cooperation with the Application Support, Technology and Production departments.
  • Presentation of our products and services to customers and at trade fairs.
  • Responsible contract negotiations both in technical and commercial terms.
  • Always considering our customers as the central point of attention, an thus making a significant contribution to a high and long-lasting customer satisfaction

Your qualifications - solid and adequate

  • Degree in industrial engineering or business administration.
  • Proven experience and success in selling products requiring explanation on an international level.
  • Convincing and winning sales personality who uses their networks and acts as a team player.
  • High level of technical understanding and ideally knowledge of our industry.
  • Ability to think in terms of customer needs and at the same time implementing them in accordance with the corporate strategy.
  • High affinity for sales-supporting tools such as CRM and the urge to use them profitably.
  • High willingness to international business trips
  • Very good English language skills
