Recruitment Specialist (all genders) limited contract for 6 months
in Barcelona, Spain
The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process from the creation and publication of job advertisements on various job portals, through the initial contact with applicants to the offer for our locations in Germany and globally
- Reviewing and evaluating incoming applications, conducting video interviews and coordinating the entire application process
- Identifying and proactively approaching suitable candidates via various channels such as LinkedIn
- Collaboration and coordination of HR services to successfully fill strategic positions
- Sparring partner for hiring managers and executives in all matters relating to personnel requirements and recruiting
- Evaluation of new recruitment channels and development of target group-specific search strategies
- Participation in measures to strengthen the employer brand, e.g. through participation in job fairs and events
Your story so far:
- You have a degree in business administration or business psychology with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing in an international environment, ideally in the consumer goods industry
- Your excellent communication skills, in particular your negotiation skills and your ability to persuade, set you apart
- You already have experience with MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
