Overview of tasks:

  • Pre-selection of candidates via phone and online job interviews
  • Conducting and reviewing candidate assessments 
  • Communication with candidates from application until hire
  • Participation in job fairs and events
  • Processing hiring documents
  • Data acquisition and regular maintenance of candidate database
  • Close cooperation with managers and co-workers

What we expect:

  • B2 level of English, German is a must C1 (both written and spoken), third language is a plus
  • Previous experience in recruitment would be an asset
  • High level of communication and negotiation competences
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of Workday and Avature would be an asset
  • Solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to work on-site in Essen
