POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our AI Innovations Stream. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of AI-driven features across our product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with developers and product managers to design, execute, and automate tests, ensuring our AI solutions are reliable, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying issues early, driving quality throughout the development lifecycle, and helping to shape our QA processes.

YOUR MISSION
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for AI-driven features, ensuring thorough coverage across functional, performance, and security aspects.
- Test Execution: Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of AI features and integrations within our products.
- API Testing: Design, develop, and execute tests specifically for APIs, ensuring they perform reliably, securely, and as intended under various conditions.
- Framework Development: Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks written in Microsoft .NET (C#), ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and effective in detecting issues early in the development cycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers to understand requirements, provide input on testability, and ensure that features meet high-quality standards.
- Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner. Work with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools, advocating for best practices in testing and quality assurance within the team.
- AI-Specific Testing: Develop specialized testing approaches for AI models and features, including testing for accuracy, bias, and performance under different conditions.
- User Experience Validation: Ensure that AI-driven features meet the desired user experience goals, working closely with the UI/UX team to validate usability and accessibility.
- Release Support: Participate in release planning and ensure that quality standards are met for all product releases, including final sign-off on product readiness.
MUST & NICE TO HAVES
MUST HAVES
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in testing software applications and developing test automation.
- API Testing: Proven experience in designing, executing, and maintaining tests for APIs, ensuring robust and secure integration with other systems and services.
- Automation Skills: Extensive experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Playwright or similar, with a focus on .NET (C#) frameworks.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Azure & .NET Testing: Experience with testing applications hosted on Microsoft Azure and built using the Microsoft .NET framework.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a focus on continuous integration and delivery.
- DevOps: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, particularly in the Azure ecosystem.
- Security Testing: Knowledge of security testing principles and practices, with experience in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities.
- AI Testing Experience: Exposure to testing AI models and features, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges associated with AI testing.
