Doing what is fun
- Interact with diverse prospects/customers and provide support at all levels, pre and post-sales.
- Manage sales activities, including meeting targets, preparing forecasts, and maintaining CRM pipelines.
- Plan and coordinate travel for customer visits, demonstrations, and participation in conferences/tradeshows.
- Prepare and send quotations, handle customer inquiries, and provide application consultations.
- Conduct sales and marketing activities, maintain communication logs, and recommend product improvements.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Materials Science or relevant engineering discipline is preferred, but practical experience is considered.
- Strong organizational, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Position requires an average of 60% travel.
