We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Renewals Specialist to support our customer renewal process. You will work closely with our renewals, sales, and customer success teams to ensure customers receive timely renewal reminders and support. You will use established workflows to engage with customers via email and telephone, respond to sales objections and ensure a smooth and effective renewal experience. Success in this role will be measured by adherence to renewal processes, responsiveness to customers, and overall renewal rates.
