We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Renewals Specialist to support our customer renewal process. You will work closely with our renewals, sales, and customer success teams to ensure customers receive timely renewal reminders and support. You will use established workflows to engage with customers via email and telephone, respond to sales objections and ensure a smooth and effective renewal experience.   Success in this role will be measured by adherence to renewal processes, responsiveness to customers, and overall renewal rates. 

YOUR TASKS

  • Support the renewal process by sending notifications, preparing quotes, and tracking responses 
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to confirm renewals and provide necessary information 
  • Identify and flag potential at-risk renewals to senior team members 
  • Source customer contact data and update CRM systems with renewal data and customer interactions 
  • Provide general administrative support for the renewals team 
  • Learn and adopt best practices for renewals and customer retention 
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual renewal goals 
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested 
  • Manage escalations to successful outcomes for both customers and the company 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Up to 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, customer success, or renewals within a B2B software business 
  • Understand both direct and channel go-to-market sales and renewals 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills 
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and track multiple renewals efficiently 
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter; work on your own as well as in a team 
  • Experience and understanding of network monitoring or security, a plus
