To keep pace with growth and reinforce DRC Country Programme team, we are looking for a Project Officer for GFFO project in Goma.
The position is a position with 40h/week.
This position is only filled locally. With contractual conditions of DRC. An expatriation is not intended.
These are your responsibilities
Under the supervision of Programme Officer-IHA, the Project Officer will coordinate the implementation of the GFFO project. He/she will be in constant contact with the implementing partners to ensure that their activities are synchronised and that the project progresses towards the expected results.
Main tasks :

To provide overall management of the GFFO Project and leadership throughout project implementation.

Coordinate the implementation of activities by partner NGOs.

Ensure that results are achieved in line with objectives.

Represent the GFFO project at various coordination meetings (clusters, working groups, humanitarian coordination, etc).

Organise project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.

Ensure CBM's leadership role within the consortium of implementing partners.

Ensure that activities are implemented according to the initial plan.

Ensure that indicators are properly implemented and monitored.

Ensure that the timetable of activities is respected.

Ensure that the indicator monitoring report is properly completed.

Facilitate the networking of project partners.

Facilitate the integration of the project into local, national, regional and international platforms.

Ensure compliance with the partnership contract.

Maintain good relations with partners.
-
Provide advice to the partner if necessary.
