Project Manager Operations

Job Purpose

The Project Manager Operations is responsible for managing and monitoring the project life cycle from start to completion to ensure that projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule and quality.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Leads, manages and controls projects according to the company process by directing, deciding, coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders.
• Manages the project budget to ensure safe and successful execution while optimizing project costs
• Leads key project meetings and prepares/delivers project-specific presentations to the project team and client
• Gathers and analyzes project specific details and documentation to populate the Inspection Management Plan and organizes information from customer
• Attends customer meetings to support the technical and operational aspects of sales calls, including support for proposing special conditions in pipelines 
• Ensures professional interactions and communication of staff involved in customer interactions
• Anticipates, guides and advises on customer preparation needs to optimize pipeline inspection

• Technical or business degree, project management certificate a plus
• Project management experience, ideally in the oil and gas industry
• Ability to work in complex international environments with innovative technologies
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
• Microsoft Office and ERP experience, ideally SAP
