Project Manager (m/f/d)
As Project Manager, you and your colleagues are responsible for realizing complex and extensive projects in accordance with the contractual agreements with customers. You are involved in the acceptance of the project that is offered by the sales organization. You use the scope of the project as a reference and sell activities outside the scope as additional work. You are the point of contact on behalf of Royal Duyvis Wiener and you seize important opportunities.
You lead your project team. You are responsible for the (final) result from the creation of a project plan to the transfer to the customer. You keep a grip on the project by means of project management on, among other things, budget, planning, communication, organization, information, safety, quality and completeness of the project documentation. Correct substantive and financial reports for the benefit of the management (customer and RDW) are important management tools. Structured work, having a helicopter view / overview, good planning and organizational qualities and result orientation are essential for this. Furthermore, you dare to make decisions and keep a cool head in stressful situations.

What do we expect from you?
Job requirements
You have the following knowledge and experience:
Completed (technical) education at least at HBO level;
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management in the manufacturing industry
(complex and large-scale projects);
Work experience in an internationally oriented industrial or process environment;
Spacious experience with supply chain management;
VCA VOL is an advantage, but ultimately mandatory for the performance of the function;
Excellent communication/commercial skills;
Good command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of German, French and/or Spanish is a plus;
You are willing to work abroad occasionally.
