As the Project Development Administrator, you can look forward to the following tasks:
General project assistance
Assistance across a variety of tasks including:
- Permit applications.
- Invoice processing.
- Project scheduling and costs.
- Participation within meetings and preparation of meeting minutes.
- Occasional travel to established and potential project sites across the country
- Provide general administration support to the Project Development team, e.g., summary of documents, investigate/track competitor movements, etc.
- Manage and book domestic travel arrangements, using the company travel tool, for the Project Development team, including flights, accommodation and vehicle hire
You may also be asked to participate in field trips and renewable energy (RE) related seminars
Optimization of Project Development processes Various tasks aimed at improving the efficiency of the Project Development process, including the improvement/development of various Project Development Tools.
Tender submissions
Assistance across a variety of tasks including:
- Review of tender requests, information gathering and monitoring.
- Risk analysis regarding participation in tender.
- Preparation of documentation required.
Compilation and submission of tenders.
General administration tasks
Various general admin tasks including:
- Maintenance of electronic and hard copy filing system.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
