(Professional) IT Process Manager for IT Systems Lifecycle /f/x/m)


As (Professional) IT Process Manager for IT Systems Lifecycle you will be part of the Product Team IT Service Operations under the IT Operational Excellence umbrella in RBI. You will play a crucial role driving RBI Groups process for end-of-life management for IT systems.

 Your mission at RBI

  • You will be responsible for setting up processes and standards for identifying end-of-life systems.
  • You will be responsible for managing IT systems reaching end-of-live status.
  • You will be responsible for setting up reporting for IT systems reaching end-of-life.
  • You will be responsible for communication towards internal and external stakeholders regarding IT systems lifecycle.
  • You will act as IT Governance manager, ensuring RBI Groups compliance with future internal and external regulatory requirements.


Your core competencies 

  • Relevant education in Information Technology
  • 4+ years of experience in IT Operations, preferably in IT Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Ideally user knowledge for ServiceNow and/or SNOW platforms
  • Experience in setting up (new) processes and process governance
  • Good analytical and report creation skills (preferable PowerBI)
  • Good command of English, any other language is a plus
  • Affinity for IT Operations
  • Pro-activity, independent working style, solution-oriented mindset and effective communication skills required
