YOUR TASKS
We are seeking a passionate Product Owner to join our team to create seamless digital journeys for users through our products and services. As the Product Owner Digital Experience, you will play a pivotal role in connecting users across Desktop & Cloud Products and enabling the Product Delivery Organization in making data driven, collaborative & transparent decisions towards future developments. You will be working closely with international, cross-functional teams at ALLPLAN to ensure that customers have an excellent digital experience.

- Develop and maintain a user-friendly platform that seamlessly bridges our products and services. This includes access to an online Community, Learning Management Systems and License & User Management for Organizations.
- Analyze user behavior through usage labs & in-product tracking, feedback, and competitive insights to prioritize product requirements.
- Work closely with User Experience Designers and Engineers to refine features and enhancements.
- Translate insights into a clear product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure our digital experience meets industry standards and accessibility guidelines.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital products and customer experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to speak, write and communicate in English in a professional context - other languages desirable.
